A project like this can’t go forward without a wildly varied assortment of ancillary supplies. We’ve been fortunate enough to be able to acquire ours from all kinds of people, from North America to Europe and well beyond, who’re committed to creating quality items centered around food and its enjoyment. Some of them are largish companies, but the vast majority are small independent producers. As our ingredients are sourced internationally, not everyone will be able to access them, and wherever possible we’ll specify alternatives available in (to start with) North America.
